By accessing and using Competitors Audit, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Description of Service

Competitors Audit is a competitive intelligence platform that allows you to monitor your competitors' digital marketing strategy: advertising, SEO, content, and social media.

3. Registration and Account

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Payments

• Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

You can cancel and request a full refund before your first report is generated (48 hours from purchase). Once the report is delivered, no refunds are issued.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal activities, access systems without authorization, resell the service, or use the data to harm third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All Competitors Audit content is owned by JmJDevelopment and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide information based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy nor are we responsible for decisions made based on this information.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
